    Copy it to the buyer. Their time starts when they first use it — not when you generated it.

  4. Settlement lands

    The sale hits your ledger. Balance drops or the cycle invoice updates. You keep everything above the partner rate.

Partner FAQ

Do I have to buy a bulk pack before I can sell?

No. The program is built so you don’t pre-purchase inventory. You work from the panel and pay for what you issue. Optional prepaid balance is available if you want faster minting without settling each line individually.

When do I owe you money?

When a license is generated for a customer. Unsold capacity isn’t billed. Exact settlement (instant balance debit vs. periodic clear) is set when your partner account is opened.

Can I still buy stock if I want a buffer?

Yes — some partners keep a light prepaid credit for rush hours. That is optional. The default path is still pay-per-sell, not mandatory wholesale.

Who sets the price the customer pays?

You do. We define the partner rate per plan. Anything you charge above that is yours.

What if a sale falls through after I minted?

Don’t mint until payment is confirmed on your side. Keys that are issued and unused still count as a sale against the panel — treat generation like handing over the product.
